Hey everybody, haven't posted anything here for a bit and I thought I would let you know what's new. I have been working on my Endless Mazes Blog and the Jugga-Nog Blog a lot recently so I have been avoiding this one a bit. On the upside they are up and running smoothly and I invite you to check them out at your leisure.

On another note, MadBill is currently in the process of creating his own online camera store. I have been devoting a lot of time into it and I feel that we should be opening for business sometime soon. Wish me luck as we will be going into business mode very quickly. The name of the site is PivotalPixel.com however it isn't up yet. I will be sure to let you know more details asap.

Also if you havent checked out the MadBill Deviant Art yet, you should head over and take a look. I have posted some really cool stuff here recently.

Elemental is a new pieces that was created start to finish today after I got a look at another maze design which is linked to on this pieces page.
I am a maze maker myself but the amount of detail and the work that went into this piece was amazing. I was so impressed with the piece that I was inspired to do a maze along the same lines. I choose to name the gardens after the elements as I only created four. I have took some new approaches to the style of lines and I think that this opportunity has given me some great ideas for new maze concepts. I hope you all enjoy it.
There is a solvable route from start to finish. But for the person who would like a greater challenge please try to visit all the gardens and complete!

Hey everybody

I havent been on in a while and I thought I would drop everyone a line. I have been working as a webmaster and graphic designer for a game store here in Rockford. I have rented a place and currently just trying to survive. With work keeping me busy, there is never a dull moment. I have thrown most of my creative juices into the job and haven't been focusing on very much art here lately. If you have been following the MadBill Art on Social Networks you know its been slim pickings for a while. I have gotten some free time here recently and the great art you know and love is working its way back in. I have posted some good stuff on the facebook fan page and zazzle.

Currently I have started working on a new painting. Well actually its a old painting being painted over but hey you need variety sometimes. Not to mention good art supplies are hard to come by around here. Any way google the hell out of some MadBill Art and promise I wont leave you hanging this long again.

So what to say today? Well let me start off with the Winner of the free print raffle on the MadBill Fan page! Congrats go out to Summer Smith for snagging up the print! Hopefully we can do this again sometime! I would love to give away so much more free stuff I am just not a rich person. Think is comes with being a artist! Poor and broke till your dead and gone! Then someone else makes bukko bucks off your art!

On another note entirely I have a whole bunch of new stuff up. I finally finished the Something Fishy painting and let me say it is really intense! Also so much more stuff on all the sites and I hope you guys and gals out there really enjoy the art!

I have really been busting my ass lately to find a job but no success. I am not quite sure what to do here. I have a bachelors degree and yet no one will give me the time of day! Just don't get it! Why do they say school is so important when all that happens when you get out of school is your unemployed and more in debt. I can't for the life of me find any work in my field and all the local jobs tell me I am over qualified like there is such a thing... Just don't get it. At least its inspiration for the art....

Ok so I wanted to post these pieces as they mean more and more to me by the day. This first is a piece I did up to honor my hometown. The problem is that it hasn't received any recognition and nobody in my town of Rockford Illinois has even heard of it unless they are close personal friends. I was hoping to get it featured by the Rockford Art Museum or a local gallery but I just can't get anyone to bite. I could really use some feed back on the piece. It represents the respect I have for the Rockford while at the same time it disgust I have for the local economy and the treatment of area artists. It is like if your not hooked up around here your nobody. There are no amateur art shows, fairs, or exhibits. I just don't understand how a community that is as large as Rockford doesn't seem to want or need to support the arts. Very disappointing.

This next piece is a more patriotic piece. I wanted to do a piece that was themed after the United States. I thought what better an idea than stars and stripes. I started a blank session in photo shop and went work eventually coming up with this wonderful light show. I started with the stars and I wasn't sure how I wanted them to look or what color. I started them off as blue but when I started the rest of the piece it really didn't work so I changed them to white to really allow the red and blue to set on top. The piece really turned out great and I think that Americans can be proud of the American Art! Let me know what you think as feedback is greatly appreciated!

Just wanted to touch base with all the fans out there. If you have any suggestions or would like to see something different, please feel free to comment.
I also wanted to announce that I will be doing digital portrait manipulations for 30 dollars a piece. What that means is that if you would like a personalized abstract digital portrait of yourself Get in touch with me and we can work it out. If you are interested you will need to email me a digital photo of yourself on a plain background. Pieces could take anywhere from a day to week to create and payment must be made upfront via paypal. Once payment is received work will commence. Not only is this business idea, but I see it more as a way to get on a more personal level with the fans. In the world of the internet it is so hard to see people as individuals and I think this would be a great way to see the fans for who they are!

On another note I have a lot more work up on the art sites and I invite you all to visit my galleries on Deviant Art, RedBubble, and Zazzle! I have been revisiting some works lately as well as creating brand new piece with a whole new MadBill style. I have been thinking outside of the box lately in the creation process and I really fell that it has been paying off. Been keeping the fans in mind and the suggestions that have been coming in and trying to incorporate the suggestions into the work. So as I said before if there is something unique you would like to see let me know and I will see what I can do.

Fat Head!

So MadBill has teamed up with FatHead Films and begun working on some new short films! Post sound editing will start tomorrow on a couple of them and there are more in production as we speak. We are gonna be cranking them out as fast as humanly possible. Got a lot on my sound design plate for the next week or so. Not to mention that my computer got a virus last week and I have spent the better part of this week reinstalling everything from XP on. I just got pro-tools up and running today which completes the main programs I am running. It took about all day to download from the Avid site, extract, and install but from what I can tell it is all working fine with the exception of reason which I haven't dug the disc out for yet.
As for the films. I am going to be cleaning up a couple of the older pictures they have made so they can recut them to DVD. As for the new stuff... I will start working on Dwelling and Till Death 2 this coming week sometime. We have a shoot on Sunday and that will prob blow that day out of the water for me as for working on the computer stuff. I really wanna blow through these first ones and get to the stuff we shot as I know it looks good so far. Plan on getting though one a day! At least that's my hopes. I am doing the whole post for the equivalent of a hour of video so yeah got my work cut out for me.
I'll keep you all updated and post the vids when we get em done! Ta Ta for now...

"Eternal happiness can only be measured by one's inherent ability to do good. Everything else is simply material. Love blinds, money corrupts, power shifts from hand to hand. The only true feelings come in the form of the art we make. And even those are misread, reinterpreted, and lost forever. The journey of life is laid out before us with so many forks the damn road looks like spaghetti. We should just put up a big reflective green sign in every delivery room in the world that says welcome to the spaghetti know as Life."

I think the hitchhikers guide had it right with the words Don't Panic! The fact that we go through life as it is, is bad enough. If you panic it's over. The world really needs to come together under a common goal of bettering the human race. I personally feel that the idea of global paranoia really hits it on the money. Why can we not all just agree to disagree. Chris Rock's character in the movie Dogma said it perfectly. He said we should all have ideas not beliefs. Ideas can be changed but people fight and die for beliefs. I just don't get it. Why would you fight for a belief? If you believe what would it matter what anybody else thought. Fighting for your freedom to believe is another matter entirely. So many religions so many beliefs. The one thing that always pops into MadBill's head is this. To anyone believing in a god or gods, Why would any all powerful, all knowing entity ever interfere. Why would it ever pass its ideas onto mere mortals. Even if there was a afterlife. Wouldn't it rather let you live your life and measure you out as a person at the end your turn. I would say that if you had any advanced knowledge it would tip the scales. I also find something very displeasing about a imaginary line of good and bad.
Life is what you make of it and if you place all of your faith blindly into a religion then that is your choice. What I would ask is that you never force your ideas onto anyone. If someone chooses to believe in something else or just not to believe in anything isn't that their choice... and how would it ever undermine what you believe?
Back to the dinner. To get from the spaghetti to the desert you have to to free yourself from all the bad juju. You have to be happy with yourself. Expressing ideas of progress and achieving goals set forth by yourself. I think a happy person does what they love. I am a artist. I work in a variety of mediums and always hope that someone will relate to my art. Not just like it, or want to buy it and put it on their wall. But really relate. We go through life with all it's ups and downs. I have made my art in the best of times and the worst of times and it all relates in the pieces I have created. It's history in the making. To be remembered is something we all aspire for and what better way that to make something that will last the test of time. To put your emotions out there for the world to see and understand is the first step and really allows release of pent up emotion.
Just being positive really helps. There are just so many different ways people try to be happy. I swear none of it works. Like I said you have to be happy with yourself. Nothing can make you happy. Pesonally I used to drink a lot as well as smoke pot. I thought I was releasing but really I was just hiding from reality. I allowed myself to be sucked into a fantasy and lost more than I can imagine in the process. Although I achieved so much on my stint of drugs and alcohol I just wonder what else I could have done if I wasn't out trying to get fucked up in my free time. I was making myself happy while I was fucked up, but as soon as the inebriation left I was worse off than before, not to mention all I wanted to do was get fucked up again! I mean excuse my language but this I a testament to how I lost almost ten years of my life to a addiction. I worry so much now. I can only imagine how many years I took off my life in a search for happiness that never came. I devoted my life to the shit and still find hints of it everywhere I look in my home. I just want to be free and happy for the rest of my life. I'll continue to make my art regardless of what people think. It makes me happy and that's all that matters! MadBill leaving my mark... Hope you like it!

Long time coming!

Well I have decided that for lack of better things to focus on my art a lot more here recently. The problem is I am just one of those people that can't stick with something! I start projects and don't finish them. I just conk out about half way through and can't figure out how to finish the piece. Losing motivation really sucks. I have so many great ideas just can't deliver here recently! As an example, I have three paintings sitting in the other room and all of them are in need. Just can't work myself up to finishing them. I think that's why I love my digital art so much. I can hammer out a digital work in roughly an hour or so. Where as the paintings can take weeks. I have to say my patience is crap!
On a entirely different note, I am still unemployed. It seems I get many nibbles but no bites. I really think I chose the wrong career path. I thought maybe my art would be able to supplement me through these hard times but nothing seems to work! I can't make any money off it even though everyone that looks at it is like cool or neat. I sometimes feel that they are saying it to my face and then talking shit or something behind my back. I don't know. Guess I'm just paranoid or something. In any case. I have cleaned up my life here recently. Clean as a whistle or so they say. I haven't smoked any pot or drank at all since new years. Got a little over a month and running now. As for the cigs I think I am on my last pack! I have two left and I am pretty sure I am not going to be buying any more. Long time coming! Got bout ten years of smoking on my lungs and I think its time to quit! Gonna be rough so watch out guys. Might not wanna get in my way the next couple of days! :) Further more I feel a sense of relief and once I get some lung capacity back (more like once it gets warm out) think I am gonna start running again. Hopefully I can drop myself back down to under 200. That would be great! Haven't seen those days since high school.

Just also wanted to say, if any of you guys have any ideas on how to get the art out there a little more, I would really appreciate the advice! I can't seem to find my niche and could really use some help!

Well, what can I say. I am currently rocking 2 art sites, one stock photo site, a sales venture, and two fan pages. Plus the blog here. I am totally overwhelmed with all the work maintaining everything. The problem is nobody is interested. I just don't understand. Life is funny that way. I'm stuck in my home town and just really need to get out. There are no jobs for me here and I have no money to get away. It's just like everything that can hold me back is holding me back! I need a fresh new way to get my stuff out there. If you people out there have any ideas for me I would gladly appreciate them. Kinda stuck in a rut!

On a more happier note. Happier for the MadBill Fans I guess (all 3 of them I think). I am currently holding a free print raffle on the MadBill Fan Page on FaceBook. Check it out - rules for entry are in the discussions. I was hoping it would boost the popularity a little bit but so far only got two people interested. I don't know why? Isn't free awesome?

In any case I just needed to vent a little. Lifes been pretty rough here lately. Feels like MadBill's gonna be a hobo if something doesn't happen. I went in for what I thought was a deleivery job today. OMG it was a door to door meat salesman position. LOL I was like wtf! How do you sell Steaks door to door. Go to the damn grocery store. In any case MadBill will not be going back there. I think I need something that is a hourly wage or salary. Not no I put gas in your van and hopefully I make some money selling crappy steaks. People gotta eat but shit I aint eating a sealed steak that came from god knows where and is vacume sealed riding around on the back of a truck!

Got a whole new slew of art up on the deviant art account. Not to mention everything gets posted over to the facebook fan page as well. Kind figure I'm a full time artist now considering no place else on this planet will hire me for some reason or another. I have to admit I am not perfect but at some point you think I would be able to get a job and keep it for a while. I sure could use the money! In any case the frustration of joblessness has really inspired some good art even though the supplies are running out and I'm pretty much down to digital art only now. I really wanna get out of the state of IL! I mean I love it here but man its just like a black hole or a parasite just eating away at me! I need a challenge or more so a opputunity to prove my self. Or maybey even prove to my self that there is light at the end of the tunnel! I mean from my stand point the light at the end of the tunnel has blew a fuse...
I have been putting out so much art here recently yet let me tell you I get no feedback! I wish I could just get a couple critiques or something. Some tips from fellow artists. I miss school for that reason. I never had a problem with things like that. People in school are always down to help and I think the world really needs to wise up and take a lesson from life. Idk kinda rambling now... All I can say is more to come from the one and only MadBill Art!

Hey there everybody. Sorry I haven't been on here in a bit. Been busy over the holidays. I did some work out in Chicago for a energy company and good friend of one on my instructors down at SCAD. So just a lot of running. In any case the art hasn't stopped. Got a whole new world of MadBill Art available all over the place. Both my deviant art and my zazzle accounts have a whole slew of new stuff to check out! In addition to I have created a new fan page over on facebook. If you would like to link with that simply search MadBill Art on FB and I'm sure you won't have any problems finding it.
I've been on this little maze kick here recently and if you check out the gallery over on DA I have like 3 or 4 new mazes up and let me tell you from what I have heard they aren't very easy. Do you feel it? The screaming in my head... yelling at me I don't understand. The voices the though of the insurmountable goals of a under appreciated man. I just don't get it. The thoughts racing. What, why, it just keeps racing. The feeling that this could only be caused by that of another. Legs twitching...jonesing for a cigarette. To die right now would be a same. Here I am nothing yet in my own mind I am king. Simple are those who just don't feel the calling. Better things await. I hope. Hope, its such a small word with wide aspirations. To hope of a better future for all people. People of all races. I would say religions yet religion in my eyes is a myth. I've heard it all before. We do what we do be cause thats what drives us. The dream for all mankind. To better equip ourselves for the future. But why. Shouldn't we be focusing on the present. It's time for change yet change never happens. Evolution of us as a species. But what i want to know is whose next. Or have they already come and gone due to polution or raping of habitat. Crazy people with crazy ideas. They are the ones to follow yet must not be taken lightly. Follow of your own dream is really the way to go. Blended together with the heinz 57 mix of people on this earth. To follow your own dreams but not at the sake of others. Climb your way to the top just make sure that your climbing a mountian and not a pile of dead bodies. Sick but true. The ones at the top should step down for the rest. The ones at the bottom should try to rise up. Can we make it I don't know. But to try. Testing the everlasting spirt of the human race. I would like to a answer for everything and I think the hitch hiker put it the best 42. The question is what you gotta find out. I think he had it just about right when he said how many paths a man must walk. Explore! Thats the true nature of people. For millions of years we have explored. Its the idea of walking the unknown. Thinking outside the box and not stoping to ask whats right and wrong mearly to act and pay the consequences later. Its life. Damned if you do nothing. You have to have something to keep you going. I beleive only in worship of one thing and that would be the goal that you set forth for yourself. Idolize that. It will keep you strong.
As for the people of this world I say this to you. Come together under one Idea. Peace and the will to survive. Why fight about a beleif. A beleif in which you cannot prove. We have baiscly proven evolution. Not that I'm a scientific person but we can't it just be about the journey and not about whos right and wrong. Lets just put it all out there. Say that your god or goddess or gods exist. Do you think for one second that a all powerful being that surely knows way more than our minds can imagine let alone understand would want you to fight/promote violence over the beleif in itself. Why would that god/gods want you to fight and demoralize its core values. Wouldn't it rather you expand your knowlege so even the next time you ran into a nonbeleiver you could be better equiped to deal with the situation presented. You always hear about religious tensions everywhere. WHY? Why can we not just get along. You go do your thing and I will go do my thing. Thats all we have to say. Where does this preexisting violence always spawn from. I understand that urge for violence is uderly sown into our genetic make up or hardwired into our brains. But the thing is this why can't we find some way to control it. With all the things we have available to us, why is it just so hard for us to vent in a successful way? There are sports, art, even something as simple as punching a wall. Shit I have patched a couple holes in the walls of my parents place. Its better a wall then somebodys face. People are dieing every day and yet we just can't change out ways. I know one thing... and that is that if I were to bring children into this world I would teach them one thing. Dream!
Now that I got that all out of me I guess I'm back to the original reason for this post. As of two days ago I totally flip flopped my schedule and today being the first day of this new schedule I feel very strange. I was watching tv and I just had to come type something. I was jonesing. My heart was racing and my mind, oh it was truely a mind fuck. So I sat down pulled up the browser and this is what I got so I hope you enjoyed. I swear some days are just crazy!

Haven't Been On In a Bit...

Yea, though I would get on and give you guys the good ol update. Got like 24 days in the book no smoking of the good herb. Maybe I can get a job now! It really sucks when you have a bachelors degree and you still can't get a job. Like really, wtf? Any ways got the halarious new Obama Yo Mama! T-shirt out. LMAO! Check it out shits great. Also I was out in the country the other day travling to my cousins house and I stopped to take some cool new panoramic photos. I love these pics. Got 2 new ones check them out http://fav.me/d2b06jb & http://fav.me/d2awsse ... Like them both. Really good stuff! Any way. Waiting on phone call that seems to never come. Got a interview with a vallet car company here in Rockbottom. See what they say when I tell them I really can't drive a stick well. Any case thats at 9am if I even get up that early. Gonna try real hard. Need a job worse than ever. Got bills to pay! Keep working on the art and the zazzle store but I guess the world is as broke as I am considering I still haven't sold anything. I just wish someone would buy something so I know the shit works. Starting to wonder if I'll ever sell anything. So if you guys do buy something let me know so I can at least check and see if it shows up!

Sorry, not really. But MadBill is running now. Good exercise! Trying to go every day. Everytime I go I run farther and farther. Hoping to make it around the neighborhood in about another week or so. I'm doing half the hood stop and go right now. I shouldn't say stop and go but rather run and walk. I have been running at night as it is a lot cooler. But I did my first day time run today around noon. I'm thinking I'm gonna double up and see how that works. Once in the mouring when I get up and once at night before bed. I'll give it a go tonight and see how I feel. Legs are tired right now. But I got all day to relax so we'll see.
In other news I'm still jobless, so let everybody know BFA for hire! Also today is day 12 no smoking! Woo hoo! I am over a third of the way to where I have to be! I'll just come right out and say it I was a pothead! It takes like a month to get out of your system. So I'm 12 days. getting there. Hope the working out helps with that. Since the THC stays in your fatty cells maybe I can get rid of some! :) Just tring to get healthy in Rockford. Gotta get out of this town somehow!

So really, I just don't get it. You here all these stories about people making money on the internet. It can't be happening. I have been putting my heart and soul into marketing my art for 2 years. I haven't even made a dollar. I don't claim to be a Picasso or a Monet but I got some stuff going for me. I say some of my art is cool and some of my art is cool for me. I don't claim that all my stuff is great. There are some tasty nuggets in there but I just can't get people to bite. I have tried everything. Got the blog here (obvious). I swear no one reads this. (Just to prove my point if you read this comment) I have the DeviantArt Page for fine art prints. Got my myspace and facebook (Bill Faulkner). I have a Zazzle account rocking the posters and flair. Even rocking the twitter, youtube, and BigStock Photos. You can even Digg my stuff! So all this and nothing. I know I am feeling a bit sorry for myself, but I just need a little satisfaction. I wanna know that someone out there likes my stuff. I do this not just for me but for you the audience. I wanna know what you like and what you don't so I can move on creating better things for you. I mean I get no feedback at all, and trust me I been asking for it. I get the occasional fav on DevArt but nothing of any substance. Thats nine sites I'm rocking and I can't even get a "make more stuff like that" or a "Next time I would change that up a bit". I guess I just want a litte encourgement. Things aren't going well for me at all. I have a Bachlors degree and I can't even get a job flippin burgers. It seems I'm losing my way and I don't even have a single person to lean on anymore. Just think I do a lot for you, just want a little something for me.

Lol, nice title huh? Any way, I'm always looking for new exciting ways to get my art out there and I think this is it. Found a new site that allows me to put all my great artwork on all the things you love. Going to be updating everything today. Bear with me as it might throw facebook, and myspace for a loop. The blog here should be rather simple when I get on it. In any case I'm gonna have T-shirts, mugs, magnets, posters, skateboards, etc. You name it I'll be getting it shortly. If you don't see what you want let me know and I'll try to get it for you asap. In any case. The stuff is way cheaper than the fine art prints on Deviant Art and lol its making me alot more moula. Gotta love that. Watch the sites for the updates. Should have a whole store front available by the end of the day.

But yeah still on the job hunt. Don't suppose anybody wants to employee a BFA around the greater rockford/chicago area? Didn't think so. Some times I just feel like I'm walking in place. Just trying to get to the horizon. To bad I'm on a big treadmill and I think the pitch keeps getting dialed up. Oh well. When I fall off at least it will be fun to watch. :)

I'm trying to quit smoking and let me tell you, ROUGH! It is getting better though. I am at a week but I did cheat on the cigs one night. What can I say I was drunk and it makes it like a thousand times worse. But since then I'm back on the quitting thing. I havent smoked any erb in a week. Three more to go and I can pass a drug test for sure. Hooray, then maybe I can get a job. I'll tell you its rough. Don't think I'm gonna be doing a whole lot of anything here in the near future. Gonna start roaming around a little more. Taking some good pics along the way. Need some new material for photoshop. Got a kinda writers block going on here with the art. I start stuff but can't finish it off. So I don't know whats going on. Think it has to do with all the changes. But rest assured I'll be back on top on my game like never before here soon.

Well it is true. I am a little off right now. I have decided to quit smoking. I have done this before, but I really need to quit. I can't breath anymore not to mention I am so out of shape. Started a little workout to keep me busy and my mind off things. Its been three days since I smoked anything and I think I'm going bonkers. Just have to get through it. And "IT" SUX! Got the computer up and running again but I am worried about it. The thing has taken a beating over the years. It's still faster than most though. I have been through a motherboard, two sets of fans, and I think I'm having a bit of trouble with the hard drive now. Not sure though. Backed up the whole thing to the external though. Just to be safe and all. I really don't wanna reinstall everything. Anyways, Just wanted to give you all an update and throw some MadBill luv your way. Hit me up! My phone aint rang in two days.

Kids are ruined!

The things kids have on t.v. today is crap! Whatever happened to the classics. I mean Ninja Turtles, GhostBusters, GI Joe. Kids today get crap. I mean I just don't see anything in pokemon or ben ten. I love cartoons. Animation is awesome. But I want some good stuff for the youth. Even the little kids shows escape me. We had Mr. Rogers, Seasme St., and The Muppets. Granted Seasme St. is still on but kids got crap for selection. Dora the Explorer, WTF, This is America. I got a D in Spanish. That show should be on telemundo not reg channels. I'm all about exposing youth to new things but thats garbage. And the teletubbies omg the most ridicilious kids show ever. It makes no sense and absolutly does not make any kid happy. Try Barney at least the show makes sense. The one tasty nugget in the anals of tv history that needs prime placement and should be embleished forever on tv is Thomas the Tank Engine. That show was awesome and taught kids a good lesson in life. I think the tv channels shoud start bringing back kids shows instead of making new crap. What happened to the CareBears and Teddy Rupxkin? I don't even see Whinnie the Pooh on anymore. It just eats me up knowing that kids won't get the good stuff, unless there parents still use VHS. And parents, use VHS! Think about it, kids and DVDs. They get there hands on the disc one time its over. You can throw a VHS tape at the wall then kick it across the room a couple times stick it in a vcr and it still works fine. Go to the local pawn shop and get your kids a vcr and some classics.

So I find myself unsure of what I want out of life. Success, admiration, I just don't know. I guess I just want to find something that would keep me trucking on the road that is life. A artist in need of art I guess. I love exploring my mind with new ideas about things. But to be honest I can't figure out which ideas I like and want to keep exploring. I finished school for now. I have accumulated a associates in art and a bachelors in film and digital media specifically sound design. I love music but as much as I try to play my guitar I don't seem to find a calling within music as a musician. I like to jam and explore the strings, yet I never seem to be able to put together a great song. I seem do be drifting. I do like recording yet with the internet and downloading the way it is the music industry is shrinking and I don't really feel I will get a job within the recording industry. I'm left with live sound reinforcement for shows and venues. This would be a great job. Mostly weekends and evenings which fits my crazy schedule. I just don't know how to go about getting on with a crew. Everything I have tried has failed before it even gets started. I am such a creative person, yet I don't know where to apply my skills. I love to make art. I have tried several different mediums but find myself going back to digital formats everytime. Photoshop is my best friend. I just can't find my calling. I am ready for a change in my life but not quite sure how to go about it. That stupid movie Joe Dirt has the best saying, "Life's a garden, dig it!" My problem being I don't know where to dig. If you got any ideas for me or are intrested in my art work let me know. I appreciate any feed back.

Everybody always says there has to be more to life than just living. But I feel that in my 25 years life has been rather messed up, and why would you want more. To live forever would suck. You want a answer to life. I go with the hitchhiker on this one. 42 paths a man must walk down. I have definatly walked about 5 to 10 by now. Just keep a working my way down the olive branch. I have loved and lost, loved and won, then lost again. To keep reaching for a new life. A better life. One that could spring board me to a even better level of conciousness. No war. No Fighting. Just a peacful life with peaceful people. I understand peoples views differ on many subjects. But why is it always about whos right and whos wrong. Can't we just agree to disagree. If you need proof to the countrary of someone elses beleifs. Fine prove it, but don't rub it in their face. To me that shows how much less of a person you are then them.

Just tired of bullshit I guess. God knows I'm not perfect but I'll keep reaching for some sunshine on a cloudy day. Fighting only to defend myself not to prove a point. The Beatles said it, "Come together" And I admire what they were saying. We need to come together and stop the bullshit. We are all human beings. Why can't we just get that in are heads. There are so many nations on this big blue planet. Yet we are overlooking one. The human nation. As soon as we can take care of everybody then I will truly be happy. No favorites, no rich or poor, just people man. I think that everyone should be free to do any peaceful thing they want. Let the ideas flow and the people will follow. Good or bad right or wrong. Explore Your Mind!

Update on the painting...

So I have been working hard on this piece. Got a few layers down on it. Its not done yet but its coming together. These temper paints are something else. Very colorful though. The content is a surprise but I think if it turns out good I am going to give it to my brother. He has a new born and the colorful painting would be rather stimulating for the young lad. Inspire the imagination, you know. We will see and as always keep ya informed.
My computer took a crap on me and I'm waiting for parts so the digital art might be slim pickens for a bit, but I'll get back at it pretty quick. You know you cant put a good artist down.

So the art thing isn't working out so great right now. Can't get enough sales on the art. Dope stuff though. If you interested check out the links on the left. So whats MadBill to do? Marbles...

Life to me seems like a game of marbles. The big shooter marble is me and all the other marbles are friends, family, and acquaintances. Its a bumpy ride that's for sure. You see as I have went through my life I have met many marbles. Some blood thirsty red ones, cool blue, psychedelic yellow, frosted green, texturized tan, and even transparent. I have pretty much seen them all. As I move further and further in the game the marbles get less and less. Scooped up or knocked out they just keep disappearing. I sit around now a days and wonder if there are gonna be new marbles to play with or if I'll be the only marble left? I wonder only because the new marbles are getting rarer and rarer. The good marbles that never got knocked out are disappering quicker and quicker. Knocking me out to meet their own ends. I just don't know what to do. Will the game end? Will there be another round? Win or lose I just don't know how to see it. I miss the marbles that got me to where I am. It seems we were so close yet drift has carried us apart. This road is known be none yet traveled by many. It just makes me wonder what life would be like had I have made diffrent choices... Well enough is enough and your brain is probally mush after reading my bable. I would just like to say to all the young folks. Life is short, meet everybody. You don't know how fast they go...

The sound of sound!

So a little while back I was introduced to a newer development in the sound world. It was so shocking that it just made me say "whaaaat". Here's the deal. A company which I think is called Ultrasonics released a product called the Ultrasonic sound pannel. Now if the thing really works it could be one of the greatest sound creations yet. It could inspires so many people to just have a blast. The pannel essentially channels sound like a laser allowing you to focus it where you want it. The things are dope. They are putting them in supermarkets and other retailers across the country as a advertising thing. Now I have tried to get specs on the things and figure out exactly what they are doing to channel the sound. But I can't find an answer anywhere. I have a BFA in sound and still can't tell you what the heck is going on. So here is what I am asking you (the reader). If you can find any valid info about how these sound panels work. Pop me a message or leave a comment. Anything that could help get to the bottom of this. I guess I'm just a curious sound guy and can't find the answer I'm looking for.

Had this awesome idea for a video art piece last night. Beleive it or not it came from a drunken moment between friends. I kinda gotta keep it on the hush hush but you know it will be dope. I got bored tonight so I started a painting! Looks really cool but its far from done. Its like round on in a 6 round fight(the temper paints are winning). The sucker is hanging up right now drying getting ready for round two. Any way, it will be a nice fall piece when it gets done. Another print for everyone to enjoy.
